4-year-old Jacksonville girl safe, reunited with mother

A 4-year-old Jacksonville girl who was reported missing Thursday evening has been reunited with her mother.

Four-year-old Armani Goodman was left with her babysitter, Harriet Lynn White, in Arlington.  When Armani's mother returned from work around 9:30pm, she could not find her child or the babysitter.

JSO initially reported White had two other kids in the home that were left unattended when she and Goodman went unaccounted for. The incident report we’ve obtained shows the six-year-old and nine-year-old were actually being watched by White’s son.

JSO says they are not actively seeking White, and there is no foul play suspected at this time.

The incident report obtained by WOKV further says that after police searched the Downtown bus terminal and attempted to contact White, her son told investigators about a friend White was known to frequently visit. When JSO responded to that home on W 5th Street, Goodman was found safe and sleeping inside. White's friend told police she was no longer there.
