President Obama makes campaign stop in Jacksonville

President Barack Obama will be hosting a "Grassroots Event" at the Prime Osborn Center this Thursday at 11:00 a.m.  Tickets are free and available to the public.

President Obama will hold a "Grassroots Event" with supporters at the Prime Osborn Convention Center in Jacksonville on Thursday.  He is expected to begin speaking at 1:15 pm.

According to a campaign email, "The President will discuss the choice in this election between two fundamentally different visions of how to grow the economy, create middle-class jobs and pay down the debt.

The event is free and open to the public.

Due to limited space, tickets are required.  They'll be available to the public on a first come, first serve basis on Tuesday, July 17 starting at 12:00 p.m.
