Coronavirus: Hillary Clinton tests positive for COVID-19

WASHINGTON — Hillary Clinton confirmed early Tuesday evening via social media that she has tested positive for COVID-19.

Clinton, 74, the former secretary of state and former presidential candidate, stated that she is experiencing “some mild symptoms” but “feeling fine.”

Clinton also confirmed that her husband, former President Bill Clinton, has tested negative for the virus.

“I’m more grateful than ever for the protection vaccines can provide against serious illness,” Clinton wrote, adding, “Please get vaccinated and boosted if you haven’t already!”

Bill Clinton, 75, will quarantine “until our household is fully in the clear,” Hillary Clinton wrote.
