ENTERPRISE, Ala. — A gas leak call led investigators to the discovery of a man’s body in Enterprise, Alabama.

In a Facebook post, the Enterprise Police Department said that Friday around 6 p.m., officers were called out to a house in the 300 block of Daleville Avenue after Enterprise Fire Department firefighters found a body inside the house. The fire department was at the house for a reported gas leak.

The body was identified as Russell Stuckey, 42, according to AL.com. Investigators learned that Stuckey was shot at least once to the upper part of his body.

No suspect information has not been released but according to AL.com, detectives have developed a person of interest.
