Jacksonville Police Investigating home invasion

Jacksonville — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly home invasion in the Southside area.

Police said they were called to the Shore House Apartment complex, early Thursday morning responding to calls of gunfire.

The victim was found inside of their apartment unresponsive and transported to the hospital where he died.

JSO said they suspect foul play as there appears to be forced entry into the home. Right now they don’t have a motive or suspect information.

The victim has not been identified but Police have described as an Arabic Male in his 30’s.
