The former leader of the National Commander of Allied Veterans has bonded out of Seminole County jail.
Bass was arrested and booked in Duval County jail on March 12th. Police say his arrest was the result of a six-year long investigation that led to multiple arrests in Florida and other parts of the country. Judge Kenneth Lester reduced his bail from $1 million dollars to $350,000.
