Jacksonville, FL — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is asking for your help finding a missing 60-year-old man they say has medical issues and has displayed memory issues.

Police say Donald Lee Smith left his Westside home on Mull Street to walk to a nearby ATM on Normandy Boulevard on Sunday, August 6, but hasn't been seen since.

He's described as a white male, 5'9'', 130- 140 pounds, with a salt and pepper beard down to the top of his chest. He was last seen wearing a brown shirt, brown pants, and a tan hat with yellow print.

JSO tells us Smith walks at a fast pace and his back hunches over.
