Police discover 23 people living in horrid conditions at an East Palatka home they raided Wednesday morning.
Cops were enforcing a warrant on three suspects and SWAT teams were eventually able to apprehend each of them. They found several stolen items in the home from recent Palatka burglaries.
Out of the 23 people living on the property, some in sheds and tents in the backyard, 11 were children. Police say they have been removed and the home has been condemned.
Seven others are being charged with child neglect
