Jags Training Camp Schedule

The Jacksonville Jaguars’ 2011 training camp is scheduled to begin on Thursday, July 28 when the team hits the practice field for the first time at 10:30 a.m. on the Florida Blue Health & Wellness Practice Fields adjacent to EverBank Field. The first 16 training camp practice sessions will be open to the public for viewing over the first nine days, through Friday, August 5. There is no admission charge for training camp, and parking will be available in the parking lots surrounding the stadium.

Fans should park in lots J, M, or N on the west side of the stadium. For fans attending practice sessions, video cameras and computers are strictly prohibited, as well as horns, whistles and other noisemakers. Audio or video recording, broadcasting, live streaming and blogging are also prohibited. Still cameras are allowed, provided the lens is not longer than six inches. Among the prohibited items are the following:

• Cameras with lenses longer than six inches
• Coolers or containers including cans, cups and bottles
• Knives, guns and any type of weapon or explosive
• Laser pointers
• Noise makers, whistles and air horns
• Pets, except special services animals
• Video equipment and tape recorders
• Laptop computers

Fans wishing to get autographs are asked to do so after each practice session, outside the practice field fence as the players return to the locker room. Because of the full schedule during training camp, it is not possible to schedule autograph or photo sessions. Groups wishing to visit training camp do not need to make special arrangements; they may watch practice from the bleachers.

FAN GUIDELINES: As stated earlier, training camp practice sessions will be open for viewing by the public from Thursday, July 28 through Friday, August 5. Restroom facilities and concessions will be available. Concession stands will include food and beverages as well as Jaguars merchandise, including training camp-specific t-shirts and caps.

Sunday, July 31                        Practice at 10:45 a.m. (walk-through, special teams only) and 7:00 p.m. (full pads)

Monday, August 1                   Practice at 10:30 a.m. (walk-through) and 7:00 p.m. (full pads)

Tuesday, August 2                   Practice at 10:45 a.m. (walk-through, special teams only) and 7:00 p.m. (full pads)

Wednesday, August 3      No practice

Thursday, August 4          Practice at 10:30 a.m. (walk-through) and 7:00 p.m. (shells)

Friday, August 5                       Practice at 10:45 a.m. (walk-through, special teams only) and 7:00 p.m. (shells)

FANS TRAINING CAMP HOTLINE: Beginning Wednesday, July 27, fans may call the Jaguars fans training camp hotline for a recorded message which gives the daily practice schedule. The phone number is (904) 633-6525. The message will be updated daily — and as any changes are made to the practice schedule — beginning July 27 through August 5.
