LifeSouth and Baptist Medical Center Beaches hosting blood drive October 1-2

Jacksonville Beach, FL — LifeSouth Community Blood Centers and Baptist Medical Center Beaches are inviting the community to a blood drive on October 1-2, between 9 am and 4 pm, at the Baptist Beaches location at 1350 Avenue South in Jacksonville Beach.

All blood types are needed, though LifeSouth is currently in emergency need of Type O-positive blood.

Eligible donors are encouraged to attend this two-day event to support the local blood supply, and will receive a limited-edition T-shirt, gift card and COVID-19 antibody screening.
