SJC Supervisor of Elections changing polling location in St. Augustine

Florida’s presidential primary is Tuesday and late Monday the state’s secretary of state said the election will still move forward. Monday the St. Johns County Supervisor of Elections made an emergency change to a polling location in St. Augustine. They say Precinct 306 at the Coquina Crossing Community Center has been moved to Good News Church at 1357 Wildwood Dr. in St. Augustine.

Elections officials say they will be providing hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes will be at all voting locations for poll workers and voters due to coronavirus concerns. They say workers will be cleaning surfaces on a regular basis.

If you choose to stay away from the polls, vote by mail ballots must be returned to the Supervisor of Elections office no later than 7PM on Tuesday in order to be counted. Elections officials say there is a 24 hour drop box in front of the Elections Office.
