Captain Sandy is trying to get a specialty license plate for Florida “Boating Capital of the World”. She has to sell 3000 vouchers before the state will put it on the menu officially. Proceeds from the sale of the specialty plate (if it’s added) will benefit Captain Sandy’s charity that supports and promotes marine industry education and training.
