.Police say a bicyclist was struck by a vehicle at Martin Luther King Parkway and Phoenix Avenue Wednesday morning. Officials say the driver was in a white-extended cab semi.

JSO said he initially left the the scene and believe he may not have known that he hit someone, however he returned hours later.

This is the fourth pedestrian death in two days.
