A man riding a bicycle in Nocatee is killed after being hit by an SUV.
Police say Shannon Brink, 21, of Ponte Vedra Beach hit Jared Bynum, 30, of Jacksonville.
Both were going eastbound on Nocatee Pkwy. at Crosswater Pkwy.
Bynum was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
