Body found in St. Johns River confirmed as missing Fleming Island man

The Clay County Sheriff's Office says the body pulled from the St. Johns River last week has been confirmed as missing man 65-year-old Keith Pereau.

CCSO says the Jacksonville Medical Examiner's Office confirmed the identity, but is still investigating the cause of death. Pereau went missing from that area of Fleming Island July 15th.

Law enforcement says their investigation in to this case is still ongoing.
