JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said it has arrested two teen boys for murder in the shooting death of an 18-year-old father that happened Sept. 30.

A 17-year-old, who Action News Jax is not naming due to his age, and 18-year-old Robert Dashawn Harris are charged with murder, JSO said in a news release.

On Wednesday, September 29, 2021, Officers responded to the 800 block of Alderman Road to reports that someone was shot.

The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department was treating the victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene after being shot multiple times.
