The Florida Department of Law Enforcement says the boy has been found safe.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued a Missing Child Alert for 9-year-old Benjamin Karg, who lives in Yulee, Florida.
Investigators believe he is with Crystal Karg who is also from Yulee, Florida. The two may be traveling in a dark green Honda Pilot with North Carolina tag number VSR8426.

The 9-year-old was last seen wearing a black shirt with a Fortnight logo, a Pittsburgh Penguins hooded sweatshirt, and grey sweatpants. 41-year-old Karg was last seen wearing a pink softshell jacket, grey shirt, light blue jeans, and knee-high brown boots. She usually has multiple purses/bags with her.
