Jacksonville, FL — We will start off the day chilly with subfreezing temperatures well inland. Skies are mostly clear and today will be mostly sunny. Highs will only make it to the upper 50’s to near 60 degrees this afternoon. It will be a bit breezy at the coast with onshore winds.
Friday will be mostly cloudy with a few showers developing at the coast that will try to push inland to the St. Johns River basin. Highs tomorrow will climb to the mid 60’s.
An area of low pressure will likely develop in the Eastern Gulf of Mexico and bring afternoon and overnight showers to our area. The rain will linger into Sunday and Monday. Highs will be in the 60’s through the weekend.
