Jacksonville, Fl. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is searching for 12-year-old Magali Ordonez-Lucas, who is believed to be endangered.
Police say Ordonez-Lucas was reported missing early Monday morning from her home in the Sans Souci area, according to a JSO incident report.
JSO initially reported that the girl was befriended by Omar Castillo-Lopez, who is believed to be 24-years-old.
Castillo-Lopez called Magali’s father around 11:30am Monday and told him that he was in love with his daughter and were leaving together. The phone call was later disconnected.
Magali’s father did not initially take the comments seriously, according to the incident report. When he arrived home seven hours later he saw that his daughter was missing.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says they are not sure if the two are walking or in a car.
If you have any information on their whereabouts, you are asked to call 911. You can also call JSO at 904-630-0500. To remain anonymous and receive a possible reward up to $3,000 if your tip leads to an arrest, please contact Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS.
