St. Johns County Public Library branches to begin phased reopening

St. Johns County Public Libraries Begin Phased Reopening for Essential Services on May 19 (St. Johns County)

Jacksonville, FL — It's good news if you've been wanting some new reading material.

St. Johns County Public Library branches will begin the phased reopening process for essential services on May 19th.

The county says services in this phase include returns, grab-and-go service, and computer usage up to one hour. However, seating areas, meeting rooms, and play areas will not be accessible. Additionally, building capacity will be limited and all returned materials should be placed in the book drop and will be isolated for four days.

If you wish to go to the library, you are strongly encouraged to wear some kind of face mask or face covering.

We're told that no fines will accrue at this time.

For more information, you can visit www.sjcpls.org or call your branch library directly.
