There are lots of uncertainties and unknowns post-Hurricane Matthew but the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office says one thing is certain: they will overcome anything.
The Sheriff’s Office shared a photo on their Facebook page of the lion statue on the Bridge of Lions in St. Augustine with the hashtag “StAugustineStrong.”
“We don't know how much damage has been done to the entire county yet. We don't know when everyone will be able to go back home,” the Facebook post reads. “What we DO know, is that St. Augustine and St. Johns County is strong and we will overcome anything that comes our way.”
We don't know when everyone will get their power back on. We don't know when the bridges will reopen, or when the roads...
