Jacksonville, FL — A deadly shooting at the Gold Rush Inn on Jacksonville's northside last night leaves one man dead and another man on the run.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says around 9:20 pm, officers and Jacksonville Fire and Rescue arrived at the scene on Harts Road, when they found a black man with several gunshot wounds.
The man, who has not been identified, was taken to the hospital and later died from his injuries.
At this time, police have detained two witnesses. The suspect is only described as a black man who was last seen on foot.
