This morning, lawyers will work to select jurors in the retrial of Michael Dunn.

He's charged with murdering 17-year-old teenager Jordan Davis at a Southside gas station after an argument over loud music. In his first trial, jurors were deadlocked on the murder charge of Davis. However, he was convicted of three counts of attempted second-degree murder for firing into the SUV Davis was driving.

Jury selection begins at the Duval County Courthouse at 9:30AM.

WOKV's legal analyst Mark Rubin tells us he believes lawyers will be able to find impartial jurors.

"Lawyers will determine who is coming in with some initial predjudices."

We asked how long he thought it would take to find those jurors. He estimates between 3 and 5 days.

"The facts of this case are much more narrowed down than the facts of the original case."

Rubin says it may take less times because there are less facts and evidence. However, he says lawyers on both sides have done their homework in the trial, therefore, they may have more questions to ask.
