List of venues and vendors for the RNC released

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — On the Jacksonville 2020 Host Committee website for the Republican National Convention, a list of venues and vendors have been released.

There are 57 listed venues on the website. The venues have been listed as Convention Celebration Partner Venues. The majority of the venues are available to be rented out for events that are related to the convention. Some of the Convention Celebration Partner Venues have already been fully booked for the convention such as the Morocco Shrine.

Some of the venues listed are ballrooms, banquet halls, restaurants, and conference meeting rooms, others include sports centers and a casino.

More than 1,000 local businesses have registered to be vendors. The Host Committee’s website state there are more than 125 veteran-owned businesses, 195 minority-owned businesses, and more than 300 woman-owned businesses have registered. The vendors range from hotels, entertainment, food, transportation, and floral design.

The Host Committee are still looking for vendors that sell merchandise that are Jacksonville-specific. They are looking for local and national vendors and are made in America. These vendors would have to apply for the Made in America Marketplace.
