Jacksonville — A motorcyclist is in the hospital with life-threatening injuries after an SUV and a motorcycle collided this morning on Beaver Street at Rushing Street, which is just West of I-95. It’s not clear who is to blame for the crash, or if anyone will face charges. JSO said the man riding the motorcycle was not wearing a helmet.
