Jacksonville, FL — People who live in the Durbin Creek area have a new gas station closer to home with today’s opening of a GATE in the Pavilion at Durbin Park.
The gas station is located next to a recently-opened Walmart in the booming development off 9B and Race Track Road in north St. Johns County.
GATE Petroleum Company and Gatlin Development Company are the developers of Durbin Park which, when completed, will be a 1,600 acre mixed-used development easily accessible from I-95 and 9B.
Throughout the grand opening today, GATE will offer free products as well as a chance to win free gas for a year.
Most of the shops and restaurants are expected to open by Spring 2019:
