Jacksonville — One person was hurt in a crash early Thursday morning when a car crashed into a College Park building. In photos from the scene, it appears the front of another car is scattered across the intersection of Tyler and King Rd. The crash happened yards away from dorm rooms at Edward Waters College.
The cause of the wreck is under investigation, and no charges have been announced.
A nearly 9 ft hole left in the side of the building from this crash. Each car was towed away but debris is scattered across the street. From the sidewalk, we found the car’s bumper still in the building. ⚠️Be careful in this College Park area until it’s cleaned up. @ActionNewsJax pic.twitter.com/WTJ8xRMOYN
