Each of our candidate profiles have focused on spending priorities, crime, neighborhood improvement, and more.
Deegan says it appears to her that more Jacksonville Sheriff’s Officers are needed, based on crime statistics. But she also says an investment in community policing and more would be vital, referring back to the Jacksonville Journey from the John Peyton administration.
Deegan vows to never seek privatization of JEA, and believes activating the downtown riverfront is vital to attracting a young workforce.
We invite you to see our previous interviews in the WOKV Voter Guide.
