ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — A crash on I-95 northbound, close to the Outlets in St. Augustine bottlenecked traffic for over two hours this afternoon.

At around 3:15 p.m., St. Johns County Fire Rescue responded to a crash on I-95. When they arrived first responder crews found a box truck suffering from extensive damage and blocking all northbound lanes.

Fire rescue said one patient was treated on the scene and transported to a local trauma center in serious condition.
Pictures show the truck with major damage as multiple items littered the road.
Just before 6 p.m., fire rescue said all lanes are back open.
