Jacksonville, FL — The Florida Highway Patrol is citing a semi-truck driver from Ohio with careless driving after he caused a fiery crash on I-95 south.

The crash report says an RV that was towing another car had broken down in the right lane near State Road 200. The truck was also in the right lane and did not see the RV. As the driver tried to avoid the RV, he ended up hitting the car it was towing which lead to the fiery crash.
She shot this video, as well. She said she stayed with the man until first responders arrived.

The driver of the RV was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The semi-truck driver was not injured.
