Bryan Hayes and Mark Degner were last seen leaving what was then Paxon Middle School in February 2005.

The boys’ families held a prayer vigil on Monday night in hopes that the pair will one day return home.

“I’m not changing my phone number and we’re never moving. We’re staying right where we are, so if he needs to find us he can,” Hayes’ grandmother Alene Hayes said.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said there have been no new developments in the case.

“We’re confused at what finding them would be.  But at the same time, more than anything, we want this not knowing to be over with,” Degner’s aunt said.

Any information on their whereabouts should be sent to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office at 904-630-2672.
