UberEATS launches in Jacksonville

Jacksonville, Fl. — Now you can order your favorite meals and have it delivered to your doorstep through your smartphone.

The areas covered include downtown, San Marco, Arlington, and the beaches.

"The restaurant scene in Jacksonville has grown over the years, and we're excited to work with our restaurant partners to expand their reach at the tap of a button," says Juan Pablo Restrepo, General Manager, UberEATS Florida.

All you need is the UberEATS app, and Jacksonville customers will have access to menus of more than 100 restaurants across the First Coast such as Tijuana Flats, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Good Dough Doughnuts, and Zaxby’s.

You can get a better look at the participating locations by checking out the UberEATS app.

You can have your food delivered between 8 a.m. to 2 a.m., seven days a week, and there is a $4.99 delivery fee.

However, for a limited time, you can use promo code EATSJAX to receive $5 off two UberEATS orders.

In honor of the launch, Uber is donating $25,000 to the ‘First Coast Relief Fund’ to help residents and businesses impacted by Hurricane Irma.
