UF Health Jacksonville expands visitor policy

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UF Health Jacksonville will now allow two visitors per patient at a time at the UF Health Jacksonville Clinical Center and Pavilion, and at UF Health North.

Previously it was only one visitor per patient due to COVID-19 policies.

If more than two visitors come to see a patient, they ask for people to trade places with each other outside the building. This will help maintain social distancing.

Patients in the emergency department, inpatient surgery, and outpatient surgery will still be limited to one visitor per patient. Clinics on and off campus, PACU, and positive COVID-19 patients continue to remain closed to visitors.
