Jacksonville, FL — One person suffered serious injuries when a car crashed into the Take 5 Oil Change in Goodby’s Creek at the corner of Baymeadows Rd. and San Jose BLVD.
Police are investigating what led the driver of a maroon Nissan to crash into the business around 3am. Police say it appears the driver was going West on Baymeadows when they crashed into the business. Grass was kicked up as well as bushes were ripped apart leading to the front of the building.
The car was towed away around 6 this morning.
The driver was rushed to a hospital to be treated for serious injuries. It’s not clear if alcohol or drugs may have played a factor, according to JSO.
