Jacksonville, Fl — We’re in for a very warm day as our active week of weather continues. Action News Jax Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh says temps will soar into the upper 80s ahead of a cold front.
“There will be a band of showers, perhaps a rumble of thunder but once again, it does not look like significant rainfall. Amounts generally look to be less than a quarter of an inch pretty much across the board”, Buresh said.

Thursday will start cloudy with a shower early, then skies clear but winds will crank out of the north and temperatures will be nearly 20 degrees cooler. Friday looks to be the coolest day overall with temperatures that will only be in the low 60s. It’ll be dry but breezy.
Saturday morning will be cold, in the 30s inland, but overall very nice. Temperatures on Saturday will be in the upper 60s. Easter will be sunny and mild, in the mid-70s.
