Jacksonville, FL — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is releasing new surveillance video in hopes of solving a recent murder on the Southside.
WOKV first told you on Sunday about the fatal shooting at the Quality Inn at Dix Ellis Trail. Now, JSO confirms the victim killed was a transgender woman who went by the name of Cathalina James, but was also known to go by other names, including Esha Wilson, Chris James, and Iesha.
Detectives say this new video shows the suspect’s vehicle. Investigators say after the shooting took place, the unknown suspect entered the passenger side, and then left the scene.
