JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UPDATE 9:47 PM: Woman killed after being hit by a semi-truck as it was turning in Love’s Travel Stop parking lot on Brandy Branch Road.
The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department responded and pronounced the woman dead.
JSO says this is the 124th traffic fatality in Duval County and the 31st involving a pedestrian this year.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is responding to a reported traffic fatality at 17100 Brandy Branch Road.
