Jacksonville — Jacksonville Mayor Lenny Curry is reminding the community about some changes to the free food distribution schedule at Feeding Northeast Florida. The mayor sent a tweet today with the changes.

This Thursday is the second time this month where people can get fresh groceries for free at Redemption Church at 2000 Lane Avenue after first holding an event there on Oct. 7.

That change is temporary, but there are now also two permanent distribution sites added to the schedule.

Every Tuesday at 10 a.m. there’s a free distribution at the Regency Square Mall thanks to a partnership with the Church of Eleven22. Feeding Northeast Florida changed the day of the week for its partnership with Paxon Revival Center last week, and now each Wednesday at 10 a.m. there will be a distribution event at 5461 Commonwealth Avenue.

Anyone looking for a full list of distribution times and locations, or a chance to help in the community, can head here for more information.
