One person is offering a $1,000 dollar reward out of his own pocket for the capture of the vandal or vandals that destroyed several old baseball pennants hanging in the Yulee Sports Complex.
Some of the banners were won by teams as far back as the 1970s...current and former players alike were shocked to find their championship banners slashed when they arrived for opening day Sunday.
Police are still searching for the vandal or vandals and need the public's help. The surveillance photo depicts one of the vandals walking around the complex the night of the crime. Anyone with information as to the identity of the suspect is asked to call the Nassau County Sheriff's Office at (904) 225-5174.
