Jacksonville, Fl — A man in his 80s is facing charges in a child exploitation investigation.
The Clay Sheriff’s Office SWAT team served a search warrant at a home in Middleburg yesterday.
83-year-old David Cangemi was arrested for lewd and lascivious battery on a victim less than 15-years-old.
He was booked into the Clay County Jail pending medical clearance.
The sheriff’s office says its investigation involved the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit and Naval Criminal Investigation Service.
