Accused gunman waives right to speedy trial in MetroPCS murder

The man accused of robbing and shooting a young woman at work in Jacksonville appeared in court this morning.
Today, James Rhodes waived his right to a speedy trial.
Darlene Farah told WOKV, in her opinion, Rhodes did not look remorseful.
"He's just standing there like it's not even phasing him."
Rhodes is accused of fatally shooting 20-year-old Shelby Farah in cold blood at a Metropcs store.
The state attorney's office says they plan to seek the death penalty.
