A man has been arrested for allegedly shooting a man he knew in the back in a park in the Lincolnville area of St. Augustine.
St. Augustine Police say the victim identified 64-year-old Derick Eubanks as the suspect in this shooting, which happened at Vickers Park on Riberia Street. What led up to the shooting is still unclear, but police say the two men know each other.

The victim in this case was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition. Eubanks has been detained, with charges pending, according to police.
