Students will be wearing ribbons today in honor of the fifth-grader who died after getting tangled on a rope swing at Bolles Middle School.

Ryan Perry was playing on the swing Wednesday afternoon when the rope got wrapped around his neck.  He later died at the hospital.  His sister witnessed the accident and ran for help--her dad was watching football practice nearby.

The school is providing counselors to those in need, though some parents are keeping children at home to do their own counseling.
