Jacksonville — Jacksonville eatery, Clark’s Fish Camp has filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.
In documents from the court filings, the restaurant cites substantial financial damage from Hurricane Irma. In addition the restaurant says they seen a decline in revenue over the past three years. Grossing $3.3 million in 2016 and but down to $890,000 with more than $500,000 in debt at the time of filing.
Filing Chapter 11 Bankruptcy allows the business to stay open and provide a plan for reorganization.
