Over the next several weeks, you'll start seeing it on the back of Clay County Sheriff's Office patrol cars.
The sheriff's office is introducing a new, non-emergency number you can dial to reach deputies.
All you have to do is dial #CCSO.
Clay Sheriff Darryl Daniels says it's about making it easier for the community to get a hold of law enforcement, when they need them.
Daniels explains, "When it's a non-emergency issue, when folks want to get a hold of law enforcement, typically, if they don't know that number they have to research and go find it, and it's a waste of time."
But Daniels says if you do have an actual emergency, call 911.
