RESOURCES
The Salvation Army has dispatched disaster canteens to serve meals, drinks, and snacks. The locations are subject to change based on need.
St: Johns County: Vilano Beach near Publix, Crescent Beach Fire Department at 5867 A1A, Bridge and Granada in St. Augustine, First Baptist Church 109 N Main St in Hastings, and roving between CR 28 and CR 13
Salvation Army cleanup kits are available in the parking lot of Destiny Church at 1485 US 1, as well as at the Vilano Beach and Crescent Beach canteen locations.

Naval Air Station Jacksonville has opened an Emergency Family Assistance hotline has been activated at 904-542-5745.
Naval Station Mayport has opened an Emergency Family Assistance Center in the base chapel from 12-4PM Sunday. All impacted Sailors and families can call the Center between noon and 4PM at 904-625-6665 or 904-652-7901.

BRIDGE AND MAJOR ROADS
In Nassau County: The Usina Bridge to Vilano and all Bridges to Anastasia Island, including the Shave Bridge open at 4pm Saturday. The Palm Valley Bridge is reopening at noon Saturday.
UPDATE: The State Road 206 Bridge is now open---- In St. Johns County: The State Road 206 Bridge is closed through Tuesday or Wednesday. There was no structural damage to the bridge, there are washouts on the approach.
The Shands Bridge is open as of Sunday at 6:30PM. It closed because of washouts on the approach on the St. Johns County side.
A portion of A1A South just north of the St. Johns/Flagler County line is closed because of washouts.
In Duval County: All Intracoastal bridges have reopened. The Dames Point Bridge has reopened after being shut for wind.
SCHOOLS
UPDATE: St. Johns County Public Schools will be open Tuesday----The St. Johns County Public School District will be CLOSED Monday.
UPDATE: Nassau County Public Schools are open Tuesday----Nassau County public schools are closed Monday, but 12-month employees are to report for duty.
Duval public schools will be closed on Monday. The Superintendent says more than a dozen schools still don’t have power. The District is expected to reopen Tuesday.
UPDATE: Orange Park High School will resume classes on Wednesday because of continued power outage following a transformer fire. All other Clay County Public Schools resume Tuesday----- Clay County Public Schools have canceled classes for Monday. Teachers are taking a planning day. Classes resume Tuesday.
FSCJ and Edward Waters will have classes Monday.
UNF was initially scheduled to open Monday, but decided to cancel classes to allow people to continue to manage storm relief. UNF is open Tuesday.
JU classes have been canceled for Monday, which was a regular in-session day and was not already a holiday for students. Classes will resume Tuesday.
St. Johns River State College will be closed on Monday and there is a student holiday on Tuesday. Classes will resume Wednesday, Oct. 12.
Many schools under the Diocese of St. Augustine were already scheduled to be closed Monday. Those that will be open are Holy Family Elementary (Duval), San Juan del Rio Elementary (St. Johns), St. Paul Riverside Elementary (Duval), Assumption ELC (Duval), Cathedral Parish ELC (St. Johns), Christ the King ELC (Duval), Palmer Catholic ELC (St. Johns), Saint Luke ELC (Clay), St. Therese ELC (St. Johns)
Joshua Christian Academy in Duval County will be closed Monday but open Tuesday.
TRANSPORTATION
Jacksonville International Airport is open but some flights have been canceled. Check with your airline.
Northeast Florida Regional Airport opens at noon on Sunday.
JEA fixed route bus service has resumed normal operations as of Sunday.
Skyway service is scheduled to resume Monday
The St. Johns River Ferry resumed operations Monday at 6 AM
St. Johns County public transportation services will return to standard operation Monday. All Sunshine Bus routes will run normal schedules except the Green Line because of the SR 206 bridge closure.
JAXPORT has reopened with no restrictions
GOVERNMENT AND HOSPITALS
Naval Air Station Jacksonville resumed normal operations Saturday at 4PM and is fully operational Sunday morning. An Emergency Family Assistance hotline has been activated at 904-542-5745.
Naval Station Mayport is resuming normal base operations Sunday at 4PM. An Emergency Family Assistance Center is opening in the base chapel Sunday noon through 4PM. The commissary will reopen Tuesday at 9AM. Beaches and MWR facilities remain closed.
The St. Johns County Courthouse and Clerk of Courts will be closed Monday. The Duval County Courthouse, Clerk of Courts, and State Attorney’s Office is closed Monday.
City of Jacksonville offices will be open Monday. Employees requiring additional leave should notify their supervisor of intent for personal or annual leave.
St. Johns County government will begin to resume normal operations Monday. Personnel may be reassigned from standard functions to post-storm responsibilities.
City of St Augustine is closed Monday and the City Commission meeting has been cancelled
City of St. Augustine Beach is open Monday
Baptist Beaches and Baptist Nassau will reopen Sunday at 7 a.m.
PARKS
The Castillo de San Marcos National Monument is closed until further notice
Anastasia State Parkin St. Johns County is closed
