Jacksonville — If you live in Jacksonville and have questions in the wake of Hurricane Irma, today is your day to get those answered. Florida CFO Jimmy Patronis and Florida Senator Marco Rubio are hosting an insurance village and disaster recovery center at the Prime Osborn Convention Center from 8am until 6pm.
Representatives from FEMA, as well as Senator Rubio’s staff, will be there to help you apply for federal assistance. Information you should bring if you need to file is your Social Security number, insurance information, damage info, financial info, contact info, and direct deposit info (optional).
Insurance experts from CFO Patronis’ office will be there as well to help answer any insurance questions and help you file claims you might have.
