Customers may call 904-665-6000 to reach JEA’s customer service representatives.

The phone number used to contact JEA to make a payment is currently down, the company confirmed Wednesday.
That number is (904) 665-6000. When customers call it, they receive a message saying the number has been disconnected.
The utility company is working to learn if it is an issue on its end or with the phone provider.
JEA is working to resolve the issue and said there will be no disconnections at this time.
Customers who need to pay a bill can do so online at www.jea.com.
