A Mandarin family escaped unharmed after their home went up in flames early Tuesday.
The home on Dividing Oaks Trail East, off Marbon Rd. near San Jose, is believed to be a total loss.
Fire crews were not sure if the fire started inside or outside the house. It appears a propane tank exploded, but investigators don't know if that was the origin of the fire.
The American Red Cross has been called in to help the family.
We're told the family was woken up by their smoke alarm before they called the fire department.
