Jacksonville, FL — The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly hit and run on Jacksonville’s westside. It happened at 9pm Monday on Normandy and Le Brun Drive, just east of the I-295 West Beltway. That’s near the FHP Troop G headquarters on Normandy.
According to a preliminary crash report, 29-year-old Charles Nicholas Raybuck of Jacksonville was in the travel lane of Normandy when he was hit. The unknown vehicle fled the scene traveling east on Normandy Blvd.
Florida Highway Patrol is asking anyone who has information on this crash to call *FHP or Crimestoppers.
